Guarantee; Every product you buy from Kenny T's Gift Shop must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement or full refund. 

Return Policy:  Inspect your package immediately.  If boxing is damaged, it is possible that your product may be damaged or have missing parts.  ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE IT.
Return ALL products in it's original package and include all shipping documents that came with the product. 
Email Kenny T's, Contact Kenny T's  in the subject line, type product return.  In the body of your message enter the product number and a brief description of the problem.  Also indicate whether you want a replacement of the original item, a replacement of an item of similar value, or full refund. 
For packages up to 5lbs, mail back COD to; Kenny T's Gift Shop (Office) 1388 W. Parkway Drive, Port Allen Louisiana 70767.
Replacements and refunds will only be issued when Kenny T's receives the return product.

For larger products, 5lbs and over, Email Kenny T's Contact Kenny T's, in the subject line, type product return.  In the body of your message enter the product number and a brief description of the problem.  Also indicate whether you want a replacement of the original item, a replacement of an item of similar value, or full refund.  Kenny T's will make all arrangements for UPS to pick up larger packages, and delivery of replacement if requested.

Perfumes and colognes: Orders can be returned up to 10 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back (perfumes and colognes, body lotions, gels, soaps) to the address below in its original sealed packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare, items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

You can expect a refund within 48 hours of our receiving your returned product. All refunds are through PayPal if paid by credit card

Product measurements may not be exact. Sizes shown are approximations. Photographs are of the products available at the time they are placed in our store. All of our products are brand new except where specified.  Occasionally we find factory reconditioned products which will be indicated by the letter "R".  Kenny T's will only include Factory Reconditioned products when they offer full warranty and guarantee information.  Kenny T's offers a minimum amount, if any, of Factory Reconditioned products

Shipping!  All of our products are shipped USPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
